Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 12pm

Cancellation Policy

24 hour cancellation required,

If guest fails to check in before 8pm, the Inn fee for the room will be charged.

Guest Responsibilities and Pet Policy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay in rooms.

The Inn may refuse to accept the quests who grossly violated the Inn Rules from previous or present stay.

Pets are accepted with a maximum of 1 per room for an extra charge. Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused by pets.
Complaints and Communication

Guests are encouraged to address any complaints, questions, or concerns to Management as soon as possible, not just at check-out.
Safety, Privacy, and Data Protection

Every guest provides consent for processing their personal information as per the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.10 1997 (journal of laws of 1997 no. 133, item 883 as later amended)

Guests have the right to review and correct their personal data.
Room Maintenance and Damage Reporting

Cleaning and necessary repairs are performed during guests' absence or upon request.

Guests should notify managers of any damages noticed upon check-in.

Guests are responsible for cleaning of all kitchen utensils and appliances that they use.
Quiet Hours and Security Measures

Quiet time is observed from 11pm to 7am.

Guests must ensure proper locking of room and building doors upon leaving, as locks are not automatic.
Smoking and Vaping Policy

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any rooms or common areas. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for evidence of smoking or vaping.
Information Sharing for Service Provision
Guest information may be required by the Inn to render certain free-of-charge services.
